We understand your concern that you want to change your contact number for your Flipkart account.
We are sorry for the trouble you had to go through.
We request you to go through the below steps, this can be done through My Account (applicable only on desktop page).
- Go to ‘My Account’
- Under ‘Account settings’, go to ‘Profile information’
- Edit the mobile number
- OTP SMS will get triggered to the new and old phone number
- Enter both the ‘OTP’ along with ‘Password’ and click on ‘Verify mobile’
- Click on ‘Save Changes’
Note: You should have access to both old and new contact number as the OTP’s will be sent to both the ID’s. If you does not have any old mobile number updated, the OTP will be triggered to email ID.
