We understand your concern that you are facing an issue with your order 'OD113483080932185000'.

We are sorry to hear that the 'Baseus R0YF003-Super Sound Quality HBS-730 Bluetooth Headset with Mic' you received is not as described on Flipkart.   

As specified by you, a return request has been created for the order and a refund of Rs 803/- will be initiated as soon as the pickup of the originally delivered product is confirmed by the courier service provider.   

You’ll receive an email and SMS with the refund details, after which the money will be credited to your Bank account within 2 business days, as per standard banking procedures.  

Please keep the item along with the original product box, accessories and tags ready for pickup by October 15, 2018 as the Wishmaster will not be able to complete the pickup in case any item is missing.
