At its worst NOW (1.5 weeks later), 6 while walking (variety of distances)
At its best NOW (1.5 weeks later), 3, sitting on LaZboy
Put ice on it to selftreat for a bit, doesn't really work, is using ACE wrap now
Swelling, when it stays off of it it gets better (didnt hear the rest, get it). It has lessened somewhat (esp with Ace), but still there.
Wears high-top sneakers now
Allergic to airborne things, nothing else in PMH
