We are writing to inform you that we need renew Nexisnexis subscription for this year but we had a few words with your members. he told us your previous Nexisnexis subscription fees is pending but we can't apply to subscribe for previous subscription.
Actually we didn't know we still had an active subscription, and it automatically renewed.
Your team did not even tell us that there would be recurring subscription.
so please resolve my issue and renew my subscription for this year without previous year fees because we cant apply
for previous year subscription.
