Code 100
Message: Unknown server error.
Description: There is a problem with the server or your internet connection.

Code 101
Message: Failed to log in. Check your username and password (they are both case sensitive).
Description: Passwords can't contain characters other than english letters and numbers. If you need to change your password go to User Control Panel -> Profile -> Edit account settings. Remember that logins and passwords are case sensitive.

Code 102
Message: Your account has been suspended. Contact ColdCristal for more information.
Description: Your has been banned, most likely because violation of rules. PM me for more information.

Code 103
Message: Your subscription has expired. Visit http://www.coldhacks.com to renew it.
Description: You can extend your subscription at any time using "My subscription" panel.

Code 104
Message: Your HWID doesn't match.
Description: You can use the hack only on one machine. You can reset your HWID up to 3 times per month using "My subscription" panel.

Code 105
Message: Server in under maintenance. Visit VIP News section for more information.
Description: Server was turned off. Happens during updates. Usually info in News is posted about such events.

Code 106
Message: Unknown error occurred while trying to log in. Check your internet connection and firewall settings.
Description: There is a problem with firewall/internet connection. In old BlueViper it meant that you have to download new version manually. Visit News section for newest BlueViper.

Code 107
Message: Failed to fetch updates from the server.
Description: There is a problem with downloading updates. Check your internet connection. Other possible cause is that files on your local system are blocked by other application. Restart your PC, close all applications and open Blue Viper with administrator privileges. Also make sure that only single instance of Blue Viper is running.

Code 108
Message: BlueViper.exe and ColdTeam.dll cannot be placed in WolfTeam's directory!

Code 109
Message: No file selected.
Description: You didn't select NyxLauncher.exe

Code 110
Message: (no message)
Description: Internal error. Should never occur.

Code 112
Message: Failed to start NyxLauncher.exe!
Description: Happens when you select file other than NyxLauncher.exe

Code 113
Message: Failed to inject ColdTeam.dll!
Description: There's a problem with injecting Cold Team. This might be a conflict with other software installed on your PC. Remember that all applications should be closed before using Cold Team.

Code 115, 117, 118, 119, 140
Message: (no message)
Description: Internal errors. Should never occur.

Code 120
Message: No admin rights. Please run Blue Viper as an administrator.
Description: Full administrator rights are required in order to run Cold Team successfully. Run Blue Viper as an administrator to solve this problem. Some disk protection programs (eg. Deep Freeze) are known to remove certain rights even from the administrators. You will have to remove such software in order to use Cold Team or use special tool called IceKey.

Code 121
Message: DirectX components are not installed in your system. Would you like to download them now?
Description: Press "Yes" and Blue Viper will redirect you to Microsoft's site where you can download missing components.

Code 122
Message: General security failure.
Description: Shouldn't happen generally. If you see it hack will probably need updating.

Code 123
Message: Outdated protocol. Visit VIP News section to download new BlueViper manually.
Description: Sometimes it's required to download new version manually.

Code 124
Message: Can't find hack DLL. Make sure it's in the same directory.
Description: Hack components must be placed in the same folder. Happens also when ColdTeam.dll is used by another process (eg. scanned by anti virus software).

Code 125
Message: Files are corrupted. Please redownload them manually.
Description: Files got corrupted for example during download, due to hard disk failure or a virus.

Code 126/X
Message: Failed to establish connection with the server.
Description: Blue Viper couldn't connect with Cold Hacks. Check your internet connection and make sure that your firewall is turned off.

Code 127
Message: (no message)
Description: Internal error. Should never occur.

Code 128
Message: You cannot run directly from the zip file. Please extract the files before running.
Description: You should extract all the files from the zip archive.

Code 129
Message: (no message)
Description: Internal error. Should never occur.

Code 130
Message: Please close the following applications to continue: <program list>
Description: Close all specified programs to continue. Remember all applications should be closed before using Cold Team. Blue Viper reports only some applications which are known to cause conflicts or impose risk for players.

Code 131
Message: Updates cannot be applied when Deep Freeze is active. Please boot your computer in thawed state in order to update.
Description: To perform update you need to boot your PC in thawed (unfrozen) state, then run Blue Viper and let it download updates. After update process is complete you can reboot your PC and use Cold Team as usual, even in frozen mode.

Code: 132/139
Message: File access error.
Description: Blue Viper can't access the filesystem. Check if you are running with full admin rights and make sure that your anti-virus programs are off.

Code: 133
Message: Unknown error, Blue Viper will exit now.
Description: Internal error. Should never occur. Blue Viper will be closed to prevent further damage.

Code: 134
Message: Software conflict. Please restart your PC and make sure all other programs are closed.

Code: 135
Message: Cold Team is unavailable for selected game version at the moment. Please visit forums for more information.
Description: Cold Team detected it should be updated for selected game version and prevented you from going into the game to avoid possible undesired behaviors. Please DO NOT post bug reports about this, Cold Team will be updated as soon as possible. Those updates are typically done once or twice per week.

Code: 136/137
Message: File download error.
Description: There is a problem either with Cold Hacks server or with your internet connection.

Code: 138
Message: Downloaded files are corrupted.
Description: There is a problem either with Cold Hacks server or with your internet connection. Also it's possible that malware on your PC corrupts files or you experienced a hardware error (disk failure).

Code: 141
Message: Found conflicting networking/system software. Please remove it before using Blue Viper.
Description: Please see How to Use for forbidden categories of software. All network monitors, sniffers, debuggers are not allowed. Parental control, malware, advanced process managers and all kinds of "network boosters" can also trigger this warning.
