This has caused undue financial and other hardship on Kim... I understand her behavior, and that coming to yr office and showing her ass when you repeatedly asked her not to enraged you.... But let's be honest, Kim is not a threat to you and you know it... This action should be reserved for spouses who are truly in physical danger... a kick on yr shin, whilst it really pissed you off, and I understand that, does NOT rise to the level of obtaining a DVRO.
Also, I think because you have basically started a new life/relationship (Kim claims this is true and was probably ongoing before you left.. you may choose to be honest with me about that or not) you don't understand the complex emotions this has elicited. Please realize, I'm not saying that Kim is without fault... I'm simply saying that I don't think you understand that you were completely adjusted to the separation for possibly months before you told her.... she really didn't have time to process it properly... then according to her you made her feel like shit every time she called or asked you for something. Again, she should not have harassed you or come to your office... that is true and I asked her not to do that. But to now claim that you are in danger of domestic violence is just not true and I feel that really you have a longer range plan in terms of how it may benefit you in the final divorce settlement.
