Default having been made in the payment of assessments, dues, interest, debts, and obligations owing WHISPERWOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, Inc., by KEITH REEVES and wife, VERNITA REEVES, owners of Lot 62, Whisperwoods Subdivision, Phase 2, municipally known as 4447 Whisper Springs, Collierville, Tennessee 38017, as established by that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Whisperwoods Subdivision Collierville, Tennessee, dated December 22, 1999, as recorded as Instrument No. JX 7259, as amended by Instrument Nos. KD 7380, 04042970 and 11081299, all in the Register''s Office of Shelby County, Tennessee, to be paid under the Declaration, and the undersigned having been authorized by the Board of Directors of Whisperwoods Homeowners Association, Inc., to advertise and sell the property described below for unpaid homeowner''s association dues, said indebtedness remaining unpaid, as well as other indebtedness due under the aforementioned Declaration, and the power of sale being granted under Article IV, Section 9, as amended, of the aforementioned Declaration.

Lot 62, Final Plat, Whisperwoods Subdivision, Phase 2, as shown on plat of record in Plat Book 221, Page 1, in the Register''s Office of Shelby County, Tennessee, to which plat reference is hereby made for a more particular description of said property.

All right and equity of redemption, homestead and dower, and all other exemptions waived in said Declaration and the title is believed to be good, but the undersigned will sell and convey only as the designated agent of the Board of Directors of Whisperwoods Homeowners Association, Inc., a Tennessee non-profit corporation, and not further or otherwise.
If the highest bidder cannot pay the bid within twenty-four (24) hours of the sale, the next highest bidder, at their highest bid, will be deemed the successful bidder.
