Front Street, Memphis, TN 38103, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by Kyong Hong and Sue Hong, to H Mark Beanblossom, Trustee, as trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Horizon Home Loan Corporation d/b/a First Tennessee Home Loans on 2nd day of October, 2006 at Instrument Number 06168484, in the Office of the Register of Shelby County, Tennessee; conducted by York Trustee Services, LLC, having been appointed Substitute or Successor Trustee. Default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable.
