The paper explores the impact of different cutting rates in the production of 360° music videos. The objective of the paper is to evaluate how the cutting rate influences the user experience, and actually it does. The paper presents results of a laboratory user experiment involving 20 participants watching 360° music video with classical computer monitor and VR goggles. It shows that an average cutting rate of 26 [secs] delivers the best experience, where participants had time to explore the 360° environment. Faster cutting rates made users nervous. Videos with one single shot were boring.

The topic is interesting and fits well the conference topics. Detailed comments are:

* The title of the paper seems too generic considering its objective. Reading the title the reader has the impression that the user experiment includes the evaluation of a variety of video features, not only the cutting rate. Maybe I would place the term "cutting rate" in the title, but it is my personal opinion.
* In order to increase comprehension please specify what does you mean as "cutting rate of multi-camera videos" since the introduction. It could be obvious for most of the readers, but take in consideration that not all readers are in the field of video editing.
* (pag. 4 column 1 sec "A. Questionnaires") In order to increase readability it would be better to have "(1=very unpleasant, 7=very pleasant).
