IDENTIFY AVAILABLE WIFI NETWORKS
Method 1
On the charm bar, choose Settings > click the symbol/icon for internet access to expose the networks that are available
Method 2
Click on the lower left hand corner of the screen to bring up the desktop > on the bottom, in the systems tray, click the symbol/icon for internet access to expose or see the networks available.

Click on the desktop file > move the mouse into the lower left hand corner of the screen > right click to open the start menu / shortcut menu > choose command prompt > type ipconfig/release, then Enter > type ipconfig/renew
