The Chakra Goggles are goggles invented mostly for visually seeing objects and seeing people to more powerful extent and are able to see people's chakra color and what chakra color the opponent is gonna use to be able to block better also if the user places a special chip in the goggles they are able to remember the chakra color the user sees and remember what person that is based on what they remember but if a whole day has passed the user will forget all chakras hes remembered and will have to see them again also the goggles are able to sense chakra to a sertain extent not to find but if the opponent comes near them they can sense them only if they put in a dna sample of the user e.g spit sample, hair sample or skin sample the user is able to put specific chakra natures in to the goggles e.g if the user puts partical release chakra if the opponent touches the goggles they get to the point of demolecularization to whatever body part touches the goggles also if the user puts lightning release chakra and really good with it they are able to make it so if the goggles are touched the opponent gets paralyzed the only problem is when you put on the goggles you look like a fucking autistic/nerd and you cant take the goggles off by others only way to take off the goggles is by the user and to bind the goggles to you you have to donate a blood sample and after the goggles are placed they stay there unless the user wished to take them off but when you take off the goggles the goggles don't come off but go to the demension the user wishes and binds to the goggles also the goggles improve the users dojutsu.
