1. Your existing television will be picked up by us simultaneously at the time the new one is delivered. Kindly keep your existing television in a pickup-ready state.
2. Your existing television's exchange value is factored into the effective price of the new television. You'll only be billed this amount when you place your Order.
3. As pickup of your existing television and delivery of the new one happens simultaneously, it is possible to do this from a single location (address) only.
4. You may only exchange the television for which you have availed the Exchange Offer.
5. When you avail the exchange offer, our courier partner picks up your old television right from your doorstep. It is then shipped to the seller in lieu of the new device. The pickup charge covers pickup from doorstep, packing and shipping of your old device. Flipkart only facilitates the exchange process.
Following are the conditions of the product being returned. Please check that your old TV fulfills both the criteria :-
1. Working - Switching on, display OK
2. No Damage - No physical scratches, no scuffs or dents on the body, no scratches or crack on the screen.
Products that will not be picked up:-
1. In case the product is declared “working”
2. TV which are not switching on / has audio / display or other issues
3. Display issue - There is discoloration, spots, horizontal or vertical lines or static on a part of the screen, muddled or no display.
4.Screen damage - There are scratches or cracks on the screen
5. Body Damage - There are visible cracks/dents/scuffs or holes on the body.
6.Plasma TVs will not be accepted.
7. No documents (bills, warranty card etc.) of old TV will be collected during exchange.
