I should have this record expunged because it was all a misunderstanding. There was a shootout in which I decided to assist NHCSO because it was a group of people attacking, so I withdrew my weapon and began firing. Within seconds of my weapon drew, I was tazed and taken into custody where I was cited. I thought helping LE with shootings was okay since I've helped LPD and other departments with shootings yet they never did what the deputy did but instead they thanked me. Overall, this was all just a HUGE misunderstanding.
