😊Hello, my name is girIinred! I will be your trainer and teaching you everything you need to know as a Barista! 😊

📌Before we begin, I will inform you on what will result in a fail. 📌

📌Those are: III grammar strikes, II-III missed trivia (depending on how well you do on the roleplay), & failing the troll test.📌

😮While I am training, please speak up if I am going too fast for you. This information is very important!😮

❌Do not go AFK while I am training, you may miss out on some important information if you do.❌

😊Now, finally… Let’s begin the training process! 😊

🍨As a Barista, you will be serving the guests with the food & drinks they desire when they walk up to the bar area.🍨

☕🍰🥤The bar menu consists of: Milkshakes, nachos, bagged chips, and churros.🥤🍰☕

🥤To make a Milkshake you click on the empty glass, add milk, the flavor of the guest’s choice, then blend together!🥤

🧀Now, to make Nachos, click on the paper basket, add tortilla chips, then cheese is optional; so be sure to ask beforehand!🧀

🖱For the Chips and Churros, you will simply left click on them and they will appear into your inventory. Simple!🖱

👉The give tool will be on the right of your screen. It should say “Hand-To Player Type Name Here!” inside the box.👉

🖱There, you type the guest’s name. You then, should see a list of names that appear. Click on the player’s username.🖱

❤The guest then has the option to “Accept” or “Decline” the item. If they accept, it notifies you on your screen.❤

🤔You have then, given them an item. Keep in mind there is a cooldown, I’d say it last IO seconds or longer.🤔

❤Just wait IO seconds, then give them the other items if they requested more than I item!❤

😊The cooldown is to prevent other staff members from abusing the hand-to tool.😊

✨When a guest comes to sit down at the bar area, you are to welcome them with a friendly greeting like:

"❤Hello, welcome to Blox-ton Hotels! My name is [YOUR NAME] and what would you like on this fantastic day ❤?"

✨You do not have to go with that greeting, of course. You can make your very own unique greeting to your liking!✨

🏎💨Instead of typing your whole greeting out, just copy and paste it! It's so much easier and faster.🏎💨

📌You are required to have a greeting, so be sure to make one if you do not already have a greeting.📌

👕While you are working at the hotel, the uniform WILL be required to be worn at ALL times.👕

✨If you do not know where they are located, you can actually just jump into the bar area and it appears like magic on you!✨

❌🔴Do not wear packages that could cover the uniform, you will need to be recognized as staff with the uniform on!🔴❌

❌🔴If you get caught without the uniform, consequences will occur if you refuse to wear it. So, I suggest you wear it!🔴❌

👕You are able to buy the uniform from the group page if you are interested in owning it!👕

❌💳As a Barista, you will NOT be given a staff card! Only Security and Housekeeping receive it.💳❌

💧Now, you will also be given a spray bottle! The purpose of this for Housekeeping only.💧

❌💧Do not abuse this tool by spraying guests/staff with it or play around with it.💧❌

🛒Another item you will receive is the trolley. The purpose of this is for Housekeeping only.🛒

❌🛒Do not abuse this tool by pushing it around into other people, spinning with it, etc. That’s abusive-
-and unprofessional.🛒❌
🙂Then lastly, you will receive a vacuum. This of course, is another Housekeeping tool only.🙂

❌Do not abuse this by vacuuming other player’s feet or heads, or just mess around with it in general.❌

🔴Unprofessional actions with the tools will result in punishment, since you aren’t allowed to use the Housekeeping tools.🔴

😊Trollers or any rule breakers will always receive ALL III warnings before contacting Security to cuff them.😊

❌An example of what warnings you SHOULD NOT give, will look like this:

WI | Being a NOOB.

WII | UGLY.

WIII | NOT HAVING ROBUX.

✅An example of a list of valid/correct warnings would be:

WI | Trolling.

WII | Rude to staff.

WIII | Spamming.

📌Warnings must be valid, formatted correctly, and given with proper grammar.📌

📌Keep in mind that “caps abuse” is NOT a valid warning anymore. Therefore, you can NOT warn someone for it.📌

✨Say for example someone got those warnings I just listed.✨

❤You would then contact Security to cuff them and contact an MR/HR on the group wall after giving the warnings.

✅You may do so by writing on the group wall something like:

“Can an MR/HR join my server please? I have an exploiter in my server.”

❌Do not write something like this on the group wall, as it will most likely be ignored if done:

“HELP THERE IS A TROLLER LOWERING MY SELF ESTEEM, JOIN ME NOW!!!”

📌Please be aware that an MR/HR may not come as soon as you ask. They try to come as soon as possible or they may be busy.📌
✨Also, when you give warnings, you may add the person's name.✨

👉Like this: WI | Trolling | (USERNAME)

📜This is actually a lot easier to know who got what warning when an MR/HR checks chatlogs.📜

❤It is also beneficial when dealing with a lot of trollers at once, then you could keep up with how many warnings were given!❤

📌A troller’s warnings do NOT reset until they are kicked from the server by an MR/HR.📌

📌Major spammers get NO warnings, they flood the chat completely and cause chat lag.📌

📌Bypassers receive NO warnings, be sure to grab evidence of them bypassing.📌

📌Exploiters also receive NO warnings, exploiters are also known as hackers. Some can fly, go through walls, etc.📌

📌Major spamming, exploiting, and bypassing are all major offenses. Get Security and notify an MR/HR immediately!📌

📌You are NOT able to work any different jobs besides Bar. If caught doing so may result in consequences.📌

📌If you wish to switch ranks later on, you are always welcome to re-train at any time for a different rank.📌
