Reasoning: I should get my record expunged because I truly believe that I have changed over the year. I have also tried very hard and got myself away from doing crime intentionally. My record is holding me back because I cannot have a crime on my record that i'm supposed to arrest others for, as a role-model, I'm really trying to become LETI certified and join my dream department- MSP. I believe that I am different than the other citizens because I really mean what I am saying. I have actually proved myself to be a good person by not doing crime intentionally for a while. There have been many temptations, and obstacles, one being a temptation of joining a gang and killing officers, but I have resisted all of it. I feel that I stand out because I want to help make a change and possibly have my voice heard by others.
