Vans for Kegs, Inventory van (If we specialize in Kegs, or a keg delivery may use one or two company vans in order to make sure beer stays cold, consistent inventory, etc).
Looking into alcohol laws (It's okay to go off of 4Ps, even if it means bending the law "theoretically").
"Milk Run" Peak timings - How do you ensure that orders are being met during the peak times? Fully equipped vans with the most purchased product with room for larger kegs and such????
Membership: Cheaper to enable the "usuals to buy" from the same company (us) consistently, while irregular buyers give us the profit.
Price is big? Potentially levels of membership? (Silver, Gold, Platinum).
Deliveries are FREE for members. So, what makes delivery profitable? What allows for profit? $10 minimum, 20? Etc.
