Few things I have noticed with women I know who are successful (not famous but have a high professional status), go through. They either have a messy family life or they have a messy professional life. I have never personally seen someone who has balanced both of those aspects. But when I look at men, they will be the same if they don’t have a women who takes care of their family. But one difference I’ve seen is that in the long run, men are seen happy if they have a great professional life but not a great family life as with women whom as mentioned have evolved to take care of a family, bear children’s and make sure they grow up properly. They tend to get sad or unsatisfied without a proper family as they go older. That’s why we see many single women running children’s home as compared to men. When it comes to work, men can go on for a longer period of time and tend work way hard to get what they want whereas women get tired quickly. They are not evolved to work this way. This is biological.

Mentality has to do a lot as well. Their upbringing also has an effect. There are women who grow up with masculine traits similarly as men who grow up with feminine traits. These are just exceptions though. I totally agree that in order for a nation to develop, women need to be on the working side. For this both men and women have to work hand in hand acknowledging this is the way for a prosperous future.
