4.KYC : How to open Savings bank account
Hi,
To open savings bank account, you can follow these steps:
1) Tap on the ‘Bank’ icon at the bottom right part of your screen
2) Choose the option ‘Open your savings account'
3) Set a passcode (if not set up already) and provide nominee details for your account
4) Enter the remaining details
5) You will be notified when your account is opened
Please note that PAN is necessary to avail all benefits of Paytm Payments Bank account. If you choose not to enter your PAN, you can still open a account but with maximum balance limit of 50,000. For opening account without PAN, you would have to visit one of your nearby KYC centers to submit form-60
