Good morning/afternoon,

I'm writting this email as a moderator of r/Socialism (u/raicopk) in order to report a continuated brigade that we experienced about a week ago.

What has the brigade consisted of? [Info]

The brigade basically consisted on a serie of posts from dozens of different accounts which contained a Halo image with the text "Better dead than read" on what was a clearly coordinated, non-spontaneous attempt to brigade, spam and break the normal experience of the subreddit that I moderate.

Which users have taken part on said brigade? [Users and links]

-Note: this is NOT a definitive list, as checking the whole moderation log for a high activity sub is really time consuming, but it does contain most of the implicated users-

Other useful details

- r/PewdiepieSubmissions, r/DankMemes and r/Memes were generally the most active subreddits for said users.
- The majority of accounts were old but semi-active public activity on the site (non-inactive accounts but without daily participation), probably part of a Reddit-linked Discord community.
- u/ShawarmaKing621, one of the previously reported users, posted the following comment on their post: "Hey u/spicyweebo I did it" (direct link: https://www.reddit.com/r/socialism/comments/baar3c/better_dead_than_red/eka6mj2?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x). u/spicyweebo, however, has no activity on r/Socialism, but it still reinforces the idea of its coordination.
