İlgili Mobile Legends isimli firmaya ait hesabım yaklaşık 24.05.2017 tarihinde açılmıştır. Hesabım biri veya birileri tarafından, yazılımsal veya illegal yollar ile hesabımın kullanıcı bilgilerinin bir kısmı çalınmıştır. Hesap ile yapılan alış-veriş dekontu ekte bulunmaktadır. Hesabıma şuan giriş yapabiliyorum. Fakat hesaba bağlı olan gmail (Moonton,)platformundaki bilgiler çalınmıştır. Tehdit edilerek şantaj ile ücret talep ediliyor. Bununla ilgili dava açılıcaktır.Mail adresinin firmasına başvurulup çalan kişi bulunarak. Kişiye ulaşıldığında bilişim sistemine girme (virüs), verileri değiştirme (şifre değiştirme) suçundan dava açılır. Çalınan karakterim başkasına satılırsa haksız çıkar sağlar ve hesabımı zarara uğratırsa. Buna da 2 yıldan 6 yıla kadar hapis istemiyle dava açılıcaktır. Firmanız olarak sizler hakkındada avukat ile görüşme sonucunda talep istek arz veya dava açılabilinicektir. ”Not: ‘Eklerde bulunan dekont 1 çekimlik alış-verişi teyit niteliğinde gösterilmektedir. Bulunan ekte yer alan hesap bilgileri güncel e-posta gönderim tarihinde ekran görüntüsü alınmıştır. ’
Gerekli dönüş iş günleri ve hafta sonları dahilinde baz alınarak işlem yapılıcaktır.
