You can attach the form when you reply to this email.
We can only dispute transactions that are visible in your monthly balance statement.
Please also ensure that you:
- complete a separate form for each card payment
- select only one dispute reason
- attach all additional documents
Next, please report the card as stolen in the app. Your old card will be blocked immediately and a you will be able to order a new one directly in the app under "My card" section. We also recommend that you inform the police about the incident.
You can continue using your account for bank transfers until your new card arrives. If you're in Germany, you can also use CASH26 for cash withdrawals.
