“Preserving the Integrity and Justice In Dauilandian Elections”
This Action Will:
A) Policies
1. Henceforth repeals Dauiland Legislation: “Bill 4.2”, rendering it null and void;
2. Establishes the Dauiland Election Commitee (DEC), a system of checks and balances for the election, detailed in the following bylaws.
B) Bylaws
All nations who wish to vote in any election MUST:
1. Vote voluntarily;
2. Have been founded one month before said election;
3. Have been active in a one month period before said election.
Should any discrepancy occur, the affected party may submit a complaint to the region’s Founder. The Founder will review the complaint, and any violation of the bylaws will result in forfeiture of the election to the affected party, as well as any punishment that the Founder sees fit.
C) Definitions
1. Active: Logged in multiple times, posted and/or processed issues
2. Founder: The Liberal Utopia of Rahul Raghuraman
