Just starting to get light in room
...not sure if been up all night or not...not sure when went to sleep. Not sure if slept or dreamt or not...nothing popping out (dreamwise) if I did. The shivers followed by heq.t...hewt...heat...and somwtime yesterday womdering if that wws release of adrenaline or just my body getting warm ....feel like the later but not sure...vague thing I read ,,..God knows how long ago
