Первая подростковая влюбленность в 15 лет. Все хорошо, были прекрасные отношения, уверенные.Ставили цели, планировали будущую семью. Молодой человек разбился через год отношений.
Было тяжело, зажило. Был и психолог, и сама работала над прощением, отпусканием. Понятно, что все абсолютно не отпустилось, но все стало спокойно.
Прошло уже 8 лет, были прекрасные отношения, сейчас всё прекрасно.
Но последнюю неделю яркие сны с тем человеком. Какие-то как прошлое, вижу себя со стороны подростком, какие-то как будущее, по возрасту участников сна. Сны очень яркие и помнится все до деталей.
Первый-второй сны- проснулась, вспомнила все теплое, что было, помолилась, отпустила.
Но когда снится на протяжении недели - это уже тяжело становится психологически.
Ничего не предвещало, ничего не напоминало, никаких "якорей", которые могли бы зацепить воспоминания.
Что вы можете посоветовать?
Наверно больше выговорилась, чем попросила помощи...
