The first step in this method is to create a sky bet account, but the account cannot be made in a random name, you must use dead fullz for this step. Creating sky bet accounts with these fullz will allow you to cash out the accounts without having to verify ID. The reason this works is because sky bet does a soft credit check on the name, age, and address you give them to verify you are a real person.
