We would like to let you know that in this grades system mobile can fall into either Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D and we see that your mobile is falling under the category of Grade C.
In Grade B, you do not need not pay any extra amount as you got the same exchange value of the product.
Please note that the amount you see during order placement is just an estimate based on the model and brand of your mobile. Discounts will depend on the actual condition your mobile phone is in. If it does not meet certain criteria, then lesser discounts would be applicable on your mobile as compared to what has been offered at the time of order placement.
However you can check the below given grades:

1. Phones without any scratches
2. No other issues
*GOOD (B)
1. Up to 5 scratches on the screen or body
2. Dents or discoloration on body
3. Crack/chipping on the body
4. No other issues apart from the above mentioned
*OK (C)
1. Crack on the screen
2. Screen coming out
3. Discoloration or dots on the display
4. Phone de-shaped/bent/bulged
5. Parts damaged/missing
*BAD (D)
1. Dead phone (phone is not switching on)
2. Screen lock is not removed
