I wish it to be put on record that if my carer, Lauren, is on holiday/off sick at any time, I DO NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT. Where possible, please inform well enough in advance to enable me to give the necessary 2 weeks' notice and thus avoid being charged.
I am told that this instruction is already on your records. If so, I have not had the required notice given to me, incurring charges on occasions.
I am now told that you need to have my written instructions as well. I hope that this will put things straight in the future.
