well...yesterday i was headed to my car dealer and i got off 85 to woodruff road and saw a guy on the side of the road with his hood up. i also saw a couple cop cars so i continued to the dealer to catch them before they closed to make payment arrangements because i didnt have enough money left to pay the rest of my down payment. thankfully they said that they would give me until my next pay period. i didnt know how it was going to work out because so much has to be done with that check but i left the dealer and just put it in God's hands. on my way back home i decided to get off on woodruff road to see if he was still there because it looked like it was about to storm. an hour and a half had passed and he was still out there. so i got back on 385 to get to 85 southbound to get back on woodruff where he was. i was nervous because i had to pull up beside him which would block the left lane of traffic on the exit ramp. but never the less, i put my hazard lights on as i got off the exit. the guy said that he had been there long before the first time i saw him when i was headed to dealer and all he needed was a battery boost. luckily for me the batteries were close to each other and the cars behind me were able to get in the other turning lane and continue on to woodruff road. it took 2 attempts before his engine would start but finally it did. i cant believe no one not even the police stopped to help this guy out. my prophet once told me that when you are facing an issue or need God to answer a prayer regarding something, pray for someone who has the same need and ask God to resolve it for them. And because you prayed for someone in that situation to have their prayer answered your situation falls under that umbrella for God to resolve it as well. so in addition to praying for someone elses car related issue to be solved or prayer to be answered; as a physical act of prayer i decided to help this guy out.
