Alternatively, telling the boss at work may be another solution, but it can cause a more troublesome problem.

For example, you warn a friend who has unethical behavior, and he/she tells you that you are right, and the problem is solved beautifully. By the way, this is actually the case that needs to happen. No one should be bothered by someone warning himself. It can also be caused by the occurrence of problems such as labor intensity or the hard time of the person displaying unethical behavior. However, these challenges should not lead to ethical behavior.

4 The other thing is that you warn the person who is behaving unethically, that the person has an aggressive attitude. This can lead to bigger problems. For example, you may have an oral discussion or even a fight between you and the person you're warning. Most people are afraid of this result and are silent in the face of unethical behavior. However, if we do not warn the person who acts unethically, this situation will become worse. I think we should warn the outcome even if it's bad.

5 As a result, according to my opinion and research, if we do not warn the person who does not show ethical behavior, the situation will get worse. I also have to remind you that this result can be solved without any problems. So sometimes it's a good idea to just do what needs to be done without thinking about the consequences.
