Update E-mail ID/ Phone number ----> (Email ID Change / Contact Number Change -----> Solved)

Thanks for writing in.

We understand your concern that you want to update/change the email address/phone number.

We would like to let you know that you can update/change your email address and can be done from our website, Msite and app. Here's how you can do it:

• Log in to your account
• Click 'Edit' and enter your new email address
• A verification code will be sent to your new email address which is valid only for 10 minutes from the time it is sent to you. If you're doing it from our app or Msite, you've to enter the Flipkart account's password along with the OTP
• Enter it in the text box and click 'Save Changes'



We would like to let you know that you can update/change your registered phone number and can be done only from our website at the moment. Here's how you can do it:

• Click http://fkrt.it/sDaT4pNN
• Click 'Edit' and enter your new registered phone number and select 'Add'
• A verification code will be sent to your new registered phone number which is valid only for 10 minutes from the time it is sent to you
• Enter it in the text box and click 'Save Changes'

Your (email address / registered phone number) will get updated and you can continue using your Flipkart account after that.
