To know if your existing television qualifies for Exchange, click on the 'Buy With Exchange' tab on the new television's page. Also, enter your pincode to check if exchange is available in your location. Next, check if your existing television can indeed be exchanged. Find out its exchange value by selecting TV type (LCD/LED/CRT), Brand & Size (24-30 inch, 30-32 inc, etc.).Please note that working TVs (as per the customer declaration) with no physical damage will be eligible for exchange and for non-working TVs (as per the customer declaration) with no physical damage will be eligible for exchange

Products that will not be picked up:

For Working conditions TV:

Not working (if customer has not already declared this while opting exchange) - Not switching on
Display issue - discoloration, spots, lines or static on a part of the screen. muddled or no display
Screen damage - Scratches or crack on the screen
Plasma TVs will not be accepted
Black and white TVs and monitor screens will not be accepted
Any government sponsored/NGO funded freebie (gift) TV will not be accepted
For TVs in not working condition (as per the customer declaration)

How do I avail the Exchange Offer?

Check your existing television's eligibility and its exchange value in the same 'Buy With Exchange' tab. Input or select the conditions/details about your old TV. You'll now see exchange discount and the effective final price of the television you wish to purchase. Read and accept the Exchange Offer's Terms & Conditions, and finally click on 'Buy Now' to place your Order.
