But in case you want me to tell you what I would do as a Admin this is what I do and following by.
When someone does something really bad like post a unwanted and inappropriate picture I will immediately kick them. If someone does something less bad but still bad all the same like bully someone or threaten someone I will DM you and see if you think they should be kicked. If someone starts spamming a lot then I will warn them and If they start doing it again I will talk it over with you to reach a decision on if they should be kicked. I know not to abuse my power and am at terms with the fact that if I do abuse my power I will immediately be kicked from the server. I understand that under no circumstances am I to use my power in a way that might be seemed as immoral or abusive. I know that the power I will receive is a privilege and it can be taken away from me at any time for any reason. Lastly I swear that i will not abuse my power in any way shape or form.
