We understand your concern about pickup of your old product in exchange of your order 'OD113747932227709000'.

We'd like to let you know that successful pickup will done when your product meet all following conditions:

1. The details of the brand, model and IMEI should match the details provided by you. 2.The phone should switch on without being connected to a charger & battery should not be swollen. 3.There should not be any physical damage on the mobile body including charging port. 4.The screen should be intact without dead pixels, spots, lines or static on any part of the display. 5.Screen lock should not be active (all forms of screen lock viz; pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock - needs to be deactivated). 6.In case of Apple phones, iCloud account should be dis-associated/unlocked from the phone. 7.If the checks fail, your exchange item will not qualify for pick up. You can still get your new product by paying the value of your exchange item via cash at the time of delivery.

For orders placed using the exchange option and the 'Smart Pickup' check fails, usually the pickup will be rejected and the order will be cancelled. However, with Detach option, if the 'Smart pickup' check fails, you will still be able to exchange their product by paying the exchange value by cash or through Debit/ Credit card. The pickup charges will be waived off for 'Detach'.

Important points to note: Prexo Detach is live PAN India from 24-Sep-2018 The 'Detach' feature went live for select pincodes on 12-Sept-2018 This process is applicable only on orders that have a 'Detach' tag In case a customer return is created on 'Detach' orders, the refund will be credited as below: For prepaid 'Detach' orders, the refund will be credited back to the source and detach amount will be given as IMPS For COD 'Detach' orders, the entire refund will be given as IMPS If the product is delivered through 'Detach', the updated invoice copy will be sent to customers email ID. The updated invoice will also be available on the 'Order page' of the Flipkart Account
