Foreword:
Lux Aevus, real name, Nova Phillip Hexburn, is a fictional superhero appearing in the NCU, a custom universe. He is created by UnbreakableEthanHunter.
Origin:
Nova Hexburn was a college student, aspiring to become a software engineer and hopefully begin a startup, just as his aunt had, who became a multimillionaire. BUT, he had one dream, that he knew would never come to be, and that was to become an astronaut. Childish, sure. But, a guy can dream. Nova's belief that he would never become an astronaut was partially proven wrong when Neogenesis Laboratories put out an ad for healthy young people to participate in a microgravity experiment for 3 weeks. Participants were paid 150$ per week, and needing the money, Nova took a leave of absence from college and signed up. When the time came to go to the Hub, Neogenesis' Silicon Valley office, Nova and about 25 other people arrived for the experiment. A few doctors came in, said their greetings, and did a few tests, but before they could finish, the door busted open and men in uniforms armed with assault rifles held us at gunpoint as the doctors began to show their true colors, as they motioned for the armed men to KO us, or so it looked
