The executive will perform the following checks at the time of pick up:
1. Brand, type and capacity of the Refrigerator should match the one declared for exchange at the time of purchase
2. Check for working condition (switching on and positive air flow) or not.
3. Check for damage/dent/cracks/rusting/broken parts/doors
4. Un-installation of the old refrigerator would not be carried out by Flipkart
6. Accessories (stand, shelves etc.) are expected in return during exchange without damage. However, your exchange product will not be rejected on the grounds of broken accessories.
7. No documents (bills, warranty card etc.) of old Refrigerator will be collected during exchange.
8.If your exchange item does not qualify for pick up, you can still get your new product by paying an additional amount (equivalent to the discount that you got for your exchange item) in cash at the time of delivery of your new device. Bank discounts that you might have got on your order will not be re-calculated in this case.
Here are the steps to avail the exchange offer.
Case 1: In case the product is declared “working” refrigerator
1.Product doesn’t switch on
2.There is no air flow.
3.The product has any damage both internal or external body of the refrigerator. (damages include cracks or broken parts/doors).
4.The product has visible rust in any part of the body (including bottom part)
5.The product has visible dents in any part of the body
Case 2: In case the product is declared “not working” refrigerator.
1.The product has any damage both internal or external body of the refrigerator. (damages include cracks or broken parts/doors).

3.The product has visible dents in any part of the body
4.The product must be genuine and shouldn’t be counterfeit, It should be free from any and all encumbrances, liens, attachments, disputes, legal flaws, exchange or any agreement of sale etc.
