5. Kalau beli dua tiket, bisa urut gitu dapet seat numbernya?
Diusahakan, tapi tidak janji.
6. Apakah saya akan mendapatkan e-voucher?
Tidak, langsung tiket fisik.
7. Ini fix dapet tiketnya kak?
TIDAK. Presentase mendapatkan tiket hanya 85%.
8. Loh, terus gimana kak?
Kepastian mendapatkan tiket akan diberitahukan Hari H pukul 12 siang. Apabila kami gagal mendapatkan tiket, maka akan di-refund saat itu juga. FULL tanpa potongan apa-pun.
9. Kan harganya baru tau setelah kita dapet email kak, nah kalau kita tiba2 gajadi krn kemahalan, gimana kak?
