[b]Kara Kuzular, 1992 yılında faaliyet göstermeye başladılar. Kurucusu olan Elissa Diego 1992 yılında şirketi kurmayı başarmıştır. En başta legal bir şekilde işlerini "Araştırma ve Geliştirme" üzerine yapmışlardır. Bu yaklaşık 12 yıl kadar devam etmiştir.
Şirket iflasın eşiğine geldiğinde Araştırma ve Geliştirme konseptinden çıkıp küçük çaplı da olsa otomotiv sektöründe ilerlemiştir. Ünlü araçlardan olan REM - 21 ve ERS - 17 markalı araçları piyasaya sürmüş ve büyük oranda kazanç sağlamıştır. Şirketin kurucusu olan Elissa Diego`nun suikaste uğrayıp öldürülmesi sonucu başa Arthur Diego geçmiştir.
Arthur Diego işleri sürdürmeyi denemiş fakat başarılı olamamıştır. Bir kaç arkadaşının tavsiyesi üzerine il-legal yollardan kazanç sağlamaya başlamış ve insanlara yüksek faizde borç vermeye başlamıştır. Borçları vermeyen kişilerin işlerini halledip denizlere sürmeye başlamıştı. Daha sonrasında ise silah ticaretine başlamış ve yurt dışından ucuza silah kaçırıp satmaya başlamıştır.[/b]
