If the cx is not subscribed to SMS alert for the order with single product, consultants give option to cx regarding the SMS option.
It is highly possible that cx will opt for the SMS alert for updates. If the cx opts for the SMS alert and same email is audited by QA after the cx is subscribed to SMS alert, it will be marked as fatal bcz most of us check if the cx is subscribed to sms or not and accordingly we provide step. But QA will mark it fatal as they will see the line of steps for SMS and they will check the subscription. By that time, it will show that cx is subscribed to SMS alert and it will be fatal.
In order to prevent this fatal, consultant can gve the SMS alert option after checking and mention on note that 'Cx was not subscribed to SMS alert hnce option provided'.
In this way, QA cannot mark the email it as Fatal.
