You do composer locally to add dependencies that end up in code/git, then you push your updates to Pantheon which include those updates such as new modules required by composer.

I am following the exact same steps in the documentation, everything exactly the same, but after a successful installation when i place the social auth block and click on the icon, it redirects me to the sign in and as soon as i sign in it shows this message
