- This offer will commence at 00:00 hrs on 10th October 2018 and end at 23:59 hrs on 31st March 2019(“Offer Period”).

To participate in the Offer, You must do/ fulfill the following:
* Age must be 18 years or above;
* Must have a valid account on the Platform and should be a member of Flipkart Plus Program;
* In terms of this Offer, if you are an active Flipkart Plus Member, in exchange of 50 PlusCoins You will get one-way domestic nonstop jet airways flight ticket subject to terms hereunder.

- The eligible customers will receive the details of the promo code which will be available in the Offer section of the Flipkart Plus Zone (“Codes”).
- You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart or Jet shall not be responsible in any manner.
- The Codes can be availed only when used on www.jetairways.com.
- Codes will be applicable for only one person on one segment for one leg of the journey.
- In case of cancellation of booking, the Code cannot be used again.
- All tickets must be booked through Jet’s designated website www.jetairways.com
- All tickets will be valid for ‘V’ class fare as visible on jetairways.com
- You can check the availability of ‘V’ class fare by searching for a ‘one way’ ticket to a destination, selecting a particular flight under “Economy Saver” fare choice and clicking on “Fare Benefits” under “Trip Summary”
- All tickets can be redeemed subject to availability at the time of actual booking.
- This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer or deal.
- The Codes are valid only for all non-stop domestic routes on Jet Airways' network.
- All tickets have to be booked for travel at least 30 days in advance.
- The Codes waive off the base fare and the fuel surcharge, but all applicable taxes & convenience fee will have to be paid by You at actuals while booking.
- The Code will be valid only for travel up to the date mentioned on the Offer redemption page.
- This Offer can be claimed only once per Flipkart Plus member.
- Offer valid for a limited period only.
- The Codes can be redeemed only on domestic flights in India
- No exchange, extension or refund will be accepted for expired or used Codes.
- These Codes are transferrable and onus of confidentiality of Codes lies with You. Do not share the actual Code with anyone as once used the Codes are non-refundable.

How to use the promo code:
- Visit www.jetairways.com and select "One Way" on the Homepage.
- Enter the "from" and "to" cities in domestic travel plan section.
- Enter a date of travel after 30 days from the booking date and before the Code expiry date. For example, if the Code is issued to you is valid till 30th January 2019, You must ensure that you book your ticket using the Code by 30th December 2018 and your date of travel cannot exceed beyond 30th January 2019.
- Select the number of the traveler as “1” only (Codes are not valid in case number of traveler selected is greater than one) and payment method as ‘Cash’
- Enter the Code in the promo code box and proceed.
- Select the preferred flight and hit “Continue”.
- Fill the required details and go to the payment page.
- Pay the balance payment of taxes and convenience fee to complete the booking & issuance of Ticket.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- There will be a separate contract between You and Jet as per the policies of Jet in relation to Offer and Flipkart shall not be a party to the same.
- In case of any dispute or difference arising concerning the Offer or any alleged defect or deficiency of service availed, the same shall be resolved through arbitration as per the arbitration and the conciliation act 1996 and said will be at Mumbai.
- Issuance of this Offer does not amount to Flipkart’s endorsement of the products and/or services provided by Jet. Flipkart shall not be liable for any missed services, quality, defect or deficiency in the services provided by Jet.
- All statutory taxes (direct or indirect, including local levies, TDS, registration fees, Insurance) on the Offer shall be payable by You. Flipkart will not be responsible/liable for the same.
- This Offer is subject to the prevailing laws of India. In case of Offer and / or any products, for which Foreign Exchange is required to be purchased, you will have to bear the same.
- No other Offers will be in conjunction with this Offer.
- All decisions pertaining to the redemption of this Offer are at the sole discretion of Jet.
- This Offer is funded from a special promotional budget created by Jet and is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the management of Jet.
- Offer shall not be settled with cash in lieu by Flipkart or Jet.
- The Offer is guaranteed subject to the above and shall not be withdrawn by Jet voluntarily unless there is a force majeure situation rendering Jet unable to perform the services, for reasons beyond its control, such as, but not limited to force majeure such as Acts of God, acts of civil or military authorities, acts of public enemy, terrorist attacks, war, threat of war, destruction of network, strikes, lock-out, riots, civil disturbances, political disturbances, insurrections, accidents, explosions, fire, earthquake, flood, epidemics, acts of government, agencies or officers, volcano, volcanic ash, natural calamities, or any other legitimate cause restraining performance of services.
- This Offer is valid for limited inventory and subject to availability at the time of redemption.
- Jet and Flipkart reserve the right at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate this Offer at their discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.
- You are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
- Jet and Flipkart reserve the right to disqualify You from the benefits of this Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer.
- Flipkart shall not be liable for any failure by Jet to provide Offer benefits to You. Jet shall indemnify and hold Flipkart harmless against any claims by you in this regard.
- You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Flipkart and Jet harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on your part.
- This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
- Flipkart reserve the right to cancel Your Offer benefits from this Offer if any fraudulent/abuse/ reseller activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under this Offer. In all such cases Flipkart reserves the right to withdraw any claimed Codes as a benefit of this Offer.
