Gaster - was Henry from B.a.t.i.m how can that link to his powers he has and are possibly hiding? Henry has the ability to "re-animate" himself bringing himself back to life he can maybe do this with others but what if he links this life power to his other powers and make death? It would make him like black and white diamond both but what if then he has to give up life or death he would give up one and live with the other being his main power link if he chooses life he would link to more like white diamond ( the diamond of creation ) powers if he chooses to keep death he would become more corrupt and lie more and be more like black diamomd aka the diamond of destruction and be more dangerous to everybody he could be able to use black diamond's powers fully even cuz fear powers him if he chooses death side over the life side because if you fear too much in life it will lead you to death right? So if Gaster linked his coming back to life powers to his main magic and unlocks death and life and chooses death he would become like black diamond aka bad, evil, and corrupted.
