Please allow me to explain you why the order is taking time to arrive.



I'd like to inform you that when you place an order we try to source the item from the nearest fulfilment center by your Post code, however sometimes when the item is not available in the nearest fulfilment center we source the item from our different fulfilment center to fulfil your order and hence it takes some time.



Due to the availability of this item in our fulfilment center, we are sourcing this item from our different fulfilment center hence the order has delayed to arrive.



I can understand that this will be disappointing to you because you order is not arriving as you have expected, however I hope that you will understand that we are sourcing the item from out side UK fulfilment center hence it is taking time to arrive.



Your understanding is highly appreciated in this matter.



To serve you best in this situation, I have now specially contacted the carrier to deliver the parcel as soon as possible at the earliest with Priority. And I am confident now that your parcel will be with you soon.



I can understand at this point asking you to wait would be more disappointing, however we are asking because this order will reach before a replacement or refund would.
