Well its the experience I got. Did a warranty on my watch, and it was beyond hell getting it to and from you. Watch was fixed for charging issue, but still is more slow than before and still wont stay connected to huawei mate 9 or new apple iphone.. Bluetooth also seems to be failing on phone. also my friends mate 10s bluetooth is failing.
Mate 9 86483035087533/864683035098886 problem with mate9 bt connection, it can be conencted to bluetooth headphones or my car bluetooth head unit, and the bluetooth jus connection drops, altho still showing connected on phone. sometimes it stops playing, others it starts playing thru speaker (and thats not good when in a room with others in it). this not only happens on my phone, but my friends mate 10 as well>
Regarding watch issue, it just doesn't stay connected to either my new iphone or mate 9. it connects then doesn't show notifications. it also seems much slower after I got it back from repair, which was a the repair process was a pain in the ass.. Had I know you don't support certain customers, I would never have bought any of your products (watch, mate 9 or friends mate 10)
Email is [email protected] When I first got the watch back from warranty it was already acting up. I have done full reset on watch several times. I have not fully reset the phone but it doesn’t work well with new iPhone XR either. I don’t get notifications on it. I kinda gave up trying to figure out connecting to my iPhone using android wear app. I can try reset watch again and connect to iPhone. Jus disappointed that all 3 devices have had issues. The main reason I did not deal with warranty again was the horrible policies you have with regards to shipping and Hawaii. I had to send the watch to my brother in the mainland. Have him mail it out to u. Then Have u send it back to him then him back to me. It was a hassle Plus it’s odd 2 phones have similar Bluetooth disconnection issues
