solving all the cases as per client instructions and new process of L1 email general..hence tagged here and info given

info given..tried calling to cx but no busy ...so as per process...we have solve the case and give the info regarding the completion...hence same info shared

Since you have received the shipment, we request you to send us the snapshot of the product and invoice copy which is attached on the box.
