1- Do you have any past experience as working as HR? *
Yes. I have some experience. I was an HR at Shadowz Cafe, and I’m currently an SHR at a hotel.
2 - Which is more important overall, team/group goals or personal goals? *
Hm, they all are really important. But, I think that group goals are a little better.
3 - What are your top qualifications/skills? *
I’m responsible, I’m determined, and I’m intelligent.
4 - Why do you think, that you’re better than other applicants? *
Well, I have some experience. Also, I always strive for the best I can ever do. I failed this application before. But I believe I’m putting my all in this one.
5 - What is more important for you; personal or team achievements? *
Team. It’s so important, both of them. Team just stands out to me for goals.
6 - What is the first goal you want to achieve as an HR? *
I want to achieve ranking a customer. It’s so meaningful when you rank them up. It’s the beginning.
7 - Why do you want to work as HR? *
I enjoy working. I’m not currently in the group, but I’m dropping a group as soon as possible. Anywho, I just love helping out people. It’s kinda my passion.
8 - Do you think, that you’re ready to work under pressure efficiently? *
Yes. I think I’m finally ready to work under pressure!

No, not really. Nothing too special about me.
10 - What is the main goal you want to achieve personally in the group? *
Personally, I want to achieve helping. Just helping the group.
11 - What is the main goal you want to achieve as a team in the group? *
I think the main goal should be getting more members. It helps the group get more active. Also, it helps our group grow.

I would need to change how much time I’ll be willing to give to this job.
