1)Sunum için kordinatörden sıra alınır. Kordinatör sunum için uygun haftayı belirtir. Sunumun konusu belirtilen tarihin 1 hafta öncesinden belli olmalıdır.
2)Sunum yapacak kişi sunum yapmadan önce Pazar gününden üyelerin uygunluklarını kontrol eder(doodle ya da tarih vetosu yoluyla) ve tarihi kesinleştirmiş olur. Yapılacak sunumların P.Ç.Gye anonsundan kordinatör sorumludur.
3)Sunumun hazırlanması sürecindeki aksaklıklar daha sonra ortada kalmamak ve çözüm bulmak adına anında kordinatöre iletilir ve uygun çözüm iletişim içinde bulunur.(Hocam sıkıntınız olunca anında belirtin ayarlama yapmaya çalışalım, iletişim kopukluğunda belirtilen süreçte ilerleyemiyor ve sürekli atlamak durumunda kalıyoruz bunun önüne birlikte geçelim)
4)Sunum yapacak kişi hazırladığı süreç boyunca grubu bilgilendirmeli ve yapılacak tarihi kesin ifadelerle belirtmelidir.
