We are sorry to let you know that the successful pickup of the exchange product is subject to following conditions:
1. Only functional devices without any screen defect are access
2. The screen/body should not have any cracks/dent
3. The screen should be intact
4. IMEI will be verified at the time of pickup by the Wishmaster to complete the process
5. Screen locks or iCloud locks should be disabled

As you mentioned that your exchange product have minor crack lines on it, the Wishmaster will not be able to pickup the product.
However, if you still like to get your product for exchange you can do it by paying the exchange value by cash or through Debit/ Credit card (if POS machine is available with the Wishmaster). The pickup charges will be waived off for 'Detach'
Also, the Wishmaster will reattempt the delivery on October 16, 2018.
