We tried our best to fulfil your order, However the vendor could not supply the products to us and with heavy heart we had to cancel the order. Please be rest assured that Myntra will give you a best in class experience for all your future orders with us. As a token of apology, we have issued a coupon for the inconvenience you have faced.

1) If product is in stock inform customer to place a fresh order.

3) If the product is not in stock inform customer order for a similar product which is closest to the one he/she ordered.
4) Then inform the customer about the Goodwill coupon we have provided and ask the customer to use it on the new order.

As a token of apology I am glad to inform you that we have credited a coupon using which you can avail 40% off ( upto 400 ) on minimum purchase , Once again I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience
