We are looking for client and service oriented Technical Consultant who would like to grow in IT Support Area. The person in this role will join Digital Solutions and will work closely with growing and vibrant Business Intelligence Team to provide technical support, perform trouble-shooting function and resolve customer IT tools related issues within Real Estate domain, in order to drive productivity, profitability or other important business metrics.
What this job involves:
· Provide administration support (including application configuration) of IT tools to internal and external end users
· Handle support ticket queues and ensure quick responses
· Assist customers and employees in resolving technology problems in a timely manner
· Account Management – granting, modifying and revoking access to selected systems
· IT Tools related requests handling
· Help customer with change management activities
· Cultivates ongoing customer relationships
· Embraces a consultative approach to finding solutions for customer need
· Works across multiple departments to ensure collaborative efforts and improvements are being implemented, documented, and shared
· Ability to escalate issues when required
· Organize and perform training for users
· Prepare documentation, reports and present reports to stakeholders
· Taking part in optimizing and automating operational processes
· Possibility to grow in Business Intelligence area

Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:
· Bachelor's or master’s degree in a Computer Science or other Engineering area preferred, but not required
· At least 2-year working experience in IT / Technical Customer Support (equivalent in client facing role in international organization will be considered)
· Very good command of English is a must
· A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to effectively communicate both with technical experts and management (including external customers) to manage their expectations
· Ability to deliver high-quality work in a timely and first time right manner, mostly under time pressure
