The 'Queue' should be chosen as 'Support' and the Mailbox should be 'Myntra Support'. Click here for the screenshot.
1. Open an Incident
2. Click on 'Add - Response'.
3. Click on 'Search Knowledgebase' which can be found next to 'Smart Assistance'. Click here for the screenshot.
4. A pop up would appear. In the 'Access Level', check 'Select All' and in the 'Phrases/Similar Phrases/Exact Search', enter you search request. Eg. 'Help Text'. Click here for the screen shot.
5. The relevant articles would be displayed under the 'Answers' tab.
6. Click on 'Add as Text' and once the text gets added, click on 'Close'. Click here for the screenshot.
7. The Email template would get added as text onto the 'Response' editor fiel8. Select the Queue as 'Support' from the drop down menu and check if the mailbox is 'Myntra Support'.
9. Enter the order number in the required field.

Note :
Enter the respective Subject Line.
Subject line will be available in every Help Text article. Copy the same and paste it in the 'Subject' field of the incident.
